My hair is really thick as well. This is really great but if you were short on time then split your hair into three sections top to bottom, pin the bottom two to the side and just curl the top. If you have time then do the second layer as well. This will cover up the fact you haven't curled all of it whilst giving the illusion of curled hair.

You did a great job! My hair was about that length and took me over and hour to curl 😳 there's not a whole lot of tricks to doing it either just have to suck it up and have patience lol. Really looks great!
