I would leave it down people say that putting your hair up at night damages it and it also gives you a big bump in your hair.

Open your hair and let it free at night cuz tied up hair can damage but the one who gets tangles they should tie it up or braid a simple plate :)

Buns while sleeping does damage your hair, I have a lot of hair that broke off because of that. Now, I bend over and make a braid right up my head so I have it tied up while sleeping and when I get it out I have a lot of volume and waves from the top till the bottom of my hair :) I hope this helps you out.

I brush it through before bed (though occasionally it's gets mussed up a bit... <.< >.>) I am going to get a satin pillow case, because my hair is getting below my shoulders.
