well first id try the new clearasil face wash its an automated dispenser (talk about it on my face routine video) its $13 @ the drugstore and STICK to it, thats key to anything stick to it for a while; nothing can work its magic if you don't stick to it for a while also heres a few easy tips to help prevent clogged pores
1.clean your phone daily
2.clean makeup brushes weekly, quick sanitizing every other day
3.make sure to not wear makeup to bed as in don't be lazy a good routine is time consuming but clogged pores with do more damage if you don't take the 3-5 mins it takes
4.use a good toner after washing your face
5.if your acne is really bad take a nice hot shower to open your pores before washing your face
i hope that helps :)

Try using Neutrogena oil-free acne wash cream and a soft exfoliating sponge. Then apply your oil-free moisturizer within 1 min(your skin starts loosing moisture after the 1st min). I usually do this routine before i go to bed that way when i wake up my face has absorbed all it needs without looking oily.

Well i have some products that would help and its also cruelty free, first of all always cleans your face and always use a toner and if your oily skin always use something gel like nothing milky skip that part. Products that are good for you are lush charcoal and angels on bare skin, dermalogica multi active toner and mattifying facemask would do the trick if nothing works than you should go to a skin clinic where they can treat you

If your skin gets really oily during the day when your already wearing makeup, use clinic powder.
Its really good for oily skin and you only would need to apply it once

Have you considered the classic Proactiv system? I have heard great things about it from friends with acne issues.

Oh I've gotta try that oil cleansing method! I have very sensitive combination skin. and even skicare product for sensitive skin irritate me. But castor oil is not so common in the Netherlands so i might have to find an alternative. And how often do you cleanse your face this way Alaina?
