Hun don't be down on yourself your beautiful no matter what an cystic acne can be cured so if you can't get to the doctor go on cysticacnecare.com they have tons of tips you can do at home yourself you can put alittle routine together for yourself but stick with it it takes atleast 28 days or more for your cells to turn over an to start seeing a change and if your not alergic to fish ,fish oil pills help a lot with inflammation good luck hun it will get better.

Ohh by the way if you have to pop it even thou I beg you not to lol but I no they hurt clean it with some peroxide an put some neosporin so you don't get scars that won't go away.

Isotretinoin/roaccutane/accutane - I believe that's the very same medication just with different names. It does work, but there are side effects... Dry skin, bleeding nose, dry eyes and so on. Some also clam that it could cause depression. But it does work. I tried it, but I have to say that I still have a few whiteheads on my cheeks. However, I never get inflamed acne anymore.
