How to mAke curls stay?

Spray doesn't work n if used too much itmakes hair crunchy n tangled.Same with gel.it takes me hours to untangle them if I use gel or spray.what should I do to make curls stay stay?I have remington curling iron but it works only if I put lot of gel in my hair.

This sounds gross but once my friends put flavorless gelatine mix on my hair... it made my curls look awesone and stay till the next day.

Try using a curl cream after you shower I'm pretty sure bed head makes one and I have to use a lot of hairspray 2 bc my hair won't hold curls. I got a curling wand frm ulta and I've noticed that when I use it the curls last longer lol I have no clue why but try that hope it helps (:

Use a product that is made for beachcurls you know with salt in it after curling your hair! Mine's stay in all day with that! I use this one:

The key to crunch free curls using gel is to scrunch the gel in when your hair is wet. Let it dry completely. The curls WILL feel crunchy, but when your hair is completely dry scrunch the curls again. Basically you're scrunching out the crunch! The crunch will be gone but your curls will maintain their shape, I do it every day!
