I'd choose urban decay and tarte
Urban decay- because it shows my trashy, carefree, fun side! And they have a wide range of amazing products, which goes from high pigmented eyeshadow, to my fave foundation!!
Tarte: because its perfect!! Its natural ingredients, everything lasts soo long, and the word 'fallout' is not in their dictionary! Its a bit on the pricey side but worth every penny and then some. I'm very environmental concious so it makes me feel better about my decisions!

NOO!! D: This is so difficult!! Hmmm... for a cheaper option I'd go with NYX because it's great quality, cruelty-free, and I love love LOVE those jumbo eye pencils! :) I have yet to try out their eyeshadows, but my friends who have used them think they're amazing! As for a high end brand probably Urban Decay (I literally sat here for 10 minutes or so deciding between UD and Tarte) because ALL THE COLOR I MEAN WUT. Haha! :) They're a great brand, I mean, every time I go to Sephora or Ulta I always get stuck around Urban Decay and lose myself in the colors and all its glory! :)
