You're going to need to bleach it a couple times if its colored. I would recommend quick white from Sally's with a 30 volume developer. And bleach for 30-45 min. Rinse and then the next time you bleach it do the same thing and then use a toner. Wellas color charm is good. All sorts of colors to choose from. You probably won't be the color you want yet but be patient. Lol. Then wait a few weeks until you have some roots bleach your roots for 20ish minutes and pull the bleach through to all the ends for 10 min or so. Then I would tone it again. And purple shampoo is your best friend. I'm not going to lie to you, your hair will be damaged but it shouldn't be to bad if you deep condition a lot and get a trim after bleaching. I like the hask naturals deep conditioner from Sally's. this is basically the same thing I would do if you came and saw me in the salon. Good luck!
