You have beautiful hair! I'd say cut it off about 2 1/2 in. and make into a really cute short cut! or keep it long maybe dye it lighter??

It's the pieces at the front of my face that annoy me and its normally very flat to me head too and I think I want to keep it long!

You could try dip dye? Maybe a light blonde at your tips and add a natural looking wave! That would be nice! But you look like you have great hair already!

You don't need to get as much blonde but it gives you an idea :) also my friend is really ginger and her hair similar style to yous and she really pulls the dip dye look off...hope this helps
