Bruises coverup help

I get pretty nasty bruises from MMA, and I was wondering if yall knew of any way to fade them faster or at least cover them up.

I'm a muay thai specialist ;) ha so I get nasty deep tissue bruises on my thighs. My mom told me cold spoons help but I doubt it. What brand of concealer do you use?

There is a medicinal cream called hirudoid (in Holland) which helps fade bruises faster by preventing the blood from clotting. hope this was helpful :)

Hard candy glamoflauge will definitely cover it up, but it's thick so if you need to, thin it out w moisturizer or foundation and sponge on layers gently.

Good ol ice will help as you prob know haha! Calms the blood tissue. Hope they heal soon! :)

Cassandra is right KVD will cover my tattoos. Its tough stuff so is makeup forever. Are you also using arnica gel. Its sold out and helps with the brusing and healing. My daughter plays sports and gets her fair share of bumps and bruises. We use it and it works pretty well. It's fairly cheap too. You can get it at most drug stores.
