Hair Ideas For A Bad Haircut Please!

I got a really bad haircut (I can't post a picture) but It's supposed to be layers, so my first 2 layers are ok then my top layer looks like a bob on top of the rest of my hair! Any good ideas to fix it or wear my hair? My longest length goes to my shoulders and my shortest is in line with the bottom of my ear. I know weird explaining : P.
