Heat some oil (depending upon uou hair and scalp) and rub it on your scap in circular motion for sbt 10-15 mins.. take some steam with s steamer or hot towel. keep it at least for an hour before you wash it off.

As a deep conditioner or on your scalp before shampooing so it doesn't dry your hair and on your ends when they feel dry.

Olive oil is good to strengthen hair where as coconut is a good moisturizer. My favorite way is to warm up some, rub the shit out of it in my hair and then put a beanie on and sleep on it overnight.
