Find a nice cooling and soothing moisturiser, something for sensitive skin. I'm not sure if this will help for you but it did for me :)

Look for products that contain camomile (or however you spell it haha) or aloe. And use products more so for sensitive.skin (even if you may not have it its more gentle to calm the redness) it all works for me (:
