I need some good reliable tips and tricks to grow my hair out longer and fuller I have VERY thin VERY fine hair and its seems that I'm losing more all the time...I've tried everything... Help.

Most of the time, if you have thin hair genetically there aren't any shampoos/hair masks that are all that effective.
Try taking biotin pills, they really do work! And use argan or coconut oil meanwhile so it grows stronger and shinier too :)

What have you tried? I've started using a vitamin E serum, and I mix it with olive oil and I spray it in my hair before I shower, its working good so far, 1/2 inch in three weeks :) I've also heard coconut oil works well too.

It might not be growing because of heat damage or split ends, my hair seems to grow fast after I get a trim? :)

I just wish I could find a way to make it fuller I had a good amount of hair when I was younger but some how it slowly decreased over the years and now my pony tail is only about the size of a nickel in roundness is that normal?

Yeah I trim it when ever I see split ends and I haven't used heat in over a year.

Silica is either a pill or liquid and works like biotin but is plant based.

I work in a Redkin Salon and can fully back up their product Interforce for thinning hair. I have seen the results in real life in less then a month. Totally worth a try!
