If you can get soak off gel polish and do your nails. It won't be possible to bite them and if you do them enough they will grow underneath and you'll learn to love long nails and stop. It worked for me. :)

My friend got stuff called "stop the bite" & you put it on your nails & every time you went to bite them, it tastes so nasty & depending on how much you put on, it can make your tongue go numb.

What I did was I chose one finger each week to stop biting and eventually you'll stop biting all of your nails!!

Paint them any way, it doesn't have to be amazing but you will remember not to bite them because you look down at the nicely painted nails
