I like the physicians formula bb cream and they also have a ph matchmaker powder that I would use with it in the summertime because the bb cream has moisturizer in it that can make your skin look oily throughout the day, in my opinion.

In my experience in have had problems with breakouts if I use tinted Moisturizer or bb cream. I use a smashbox primer first and it really seems to help. I always apply my foundation with a wetted beauty blender. It helps it to glide on smoother so I use less.
