What does cool mean? ☺ Haha I've never heard of that to describe a skin tone?

Cool skintone is if you have pink undertones which you do.. and if your veins are bluish or if silver looks good on you than gold. :)

A light one with pink undertones, for example on L'Oreal's True Match you would use something that has C-# on the bottle( # meaning number) or MAC you would use you would use something with W (it's counter intuitive at MAC).
