Have you ever tried argan oil? Most of the time oils are really great for dry ends. Or you could try deep conditioning treatments.

Ah! ok, I know your not supposed to promote yourself on these...but it's so much easier to tell you these things in a video. If you don't know what sulfates are, go to my youtube channel and go through my list of videos and find the video "what are sulfates". I explain everything in there about them and why they're bad. It's much easier to explain in talking form. But that tresemme shampoo has them in it. Which isn't helping your hair and you don't even know it..so many people don't.
As for oils, 100 percent argan oil is pricey but SO amazing. Josie Maran is a brand that has pure argan oil. You can buy a small bottle to test it out and see how you like it. Also, coconut oil. You can put it in your hair, put on a shower cap...put some heat on it with your blow dryer, then walk around for like 30 minutes and let it soak in. Then do your washing and such. That puts a lot back in. There's tons of awesome stuff you can do. And many things to avoid such as the sulfates. Like I said, it's so much easier to talk about in talking form. But I'll share whatever you like here! :]

You are using good product to put moisture in your hair but you probably don't see the results you want because of something else like shampoos and conditioners. like Megan said sulfates are in a lot of hair products which dries the hair out. and so does alcohol which is in a lot of hair products.

Ha nothing will penetrate dead, dry end. You're helping your new growth with all those fancy products and treatments, but dead ends are just that, DEAD. Split ends occur when the protective outer layer of the hair cuticle wears away because of external stressors such as heat styling and salon chemical services, once the internal structure of the hair is exposed, it becomes weakened, dehydrated and damaged, causing split end.
All that growth and revitalizing is from your scalp, not your ends! So chop em off, your hair will all over look healthier and shinier. Scraggly ends don't make your hair look long, but just unkempt!
Then once its been cut, concentrate on using a wide tooth comb out of the shower, limit your use of heat on the hair, take folic acid and biotin, use all your leave in conditioners and treatments! All of those are very beneficial to healthy kept hair!

You don't have to cut your hair if you want it healthy just a lil trim will do the job. You have to just ask any hairstylist what will make your hair healthy. Once you trim your hair it'll grow faster too n it'll get to a nice length as well n that'll in turn help with the coconut oil treatments. :^)
