So my eyebrows are sortof sparce. and I really don't want to fill them in. whenever I wash my forehead I always accidentally oull some eyebrow hair out and so I need help with getting them to grow back so there full again. any suggestions?

You can buy like eyebrow growing serum although I'm not sure if they work well or at all. For your situation I'd recommend anastasia beauty products because they specialize in brows. They also have an eyebrow growing serum which would be beneficial for you.

Another thing to consider is taking fish oil daily. My hair is very thin and falls out easily but since I've been taking fish oil for over a year it has helped made my hair less fine. Since we are talking about eyebrow hair, I'm hoping fish oil will do the same.

Lastly my recommendations are
1. Fish oil supplements daily (get them at a drugstore or costco)
2. Go to a beauty store that has an anastasia counter/specialist and ask for a brow makeover and tell her your concerns!
