So this Saturday there is going to be a party and I have everything but my nails my dress is black white and blue so if you can help with nails both feet and hands please! BTW my nails are average size.

I would paint your finger nails that blue with a accent finger in black and white hounds tooth, for the hounds tooth like on your dress you could use sally hansen salon effects strips, and your toes I would do that blue.
