Of course she can dye it back. It may be a little frazzled but nothing a few days deep conditioning can't fix :)

Until she can dye again?
Well, I've dyed my hair the next day :) it really depends on the quality of the product and how healthy her hair is.

Go to a hairdressers. They will be able to help without damaging her hair. If she dyes it again herself, make sure its a semi permanent, non peroxide colour and thats its a brown shade. But I recommend going to a hairdresser.

Yeah she can dye it agaib herself. But use a colour thats got no peroxide and if you can get it, no ammonia. This is only because those are the ingredients that damage the hair, so if she used a colour with those ingerdients, she might severely damage her hair or scalp, meaning she may turn it so brittle it breaks off in her hands, or if its her scalp, she might find herself with a bald patch. As long as you get a colouring product that's got no peroxide in it, she should be okay.
