Your eyes are probably watery from wearing eyeliners there. If you must try putting an eyeshadow powder over top the pencil usually helps for a couple hours

You can apply gel liner to your waterline :) I prefer to use mac's blacktrack cause it works amazing!! I won't smudge at all best liner everrr it is quite expensive but it worth it

I have found that Wet n wilds creme liner from the Fergie line stays all day. I have tested it numerous times. It works great!! I highly recommend it!
