I second what Rozberry said. I have the 88 shimmer palette from Coastal Scents and I haven't hit pan on any color and I've had it for 2-3 years. The color is so pigmented that it lasts forever! For brushes, Real Techniques is great! Amazing Foundations, Blushes, Eyeliners, and Lipsticks are all available at the drugstore. :)
