How to Even skin tone?

Any tips/tricks?? whenever I have blackheads or my skin color changes with the seasons.. my skin never completely evens out.. especially around my cheekbones area.

Use a liquid foundation. Put it on with a sponge brush and stipple it onto your face. Then add a light layer of translucent powder.

A full coverage foundation is a good way to help with that. Also use a powder/ powder foundation overtop for double coverage!

Thanks for your help loves :) I'll maybe try the garnier cream, translucent powder, and full coverage foundation.. I already have a BB cream but it doesn't seem to help much.
