What do you think about tattoos?

I like them, have one of a pin up girl with cat ears and tail drinking a martini sitting on a purple high heel.it's on the side of my leg I got it when I was 19 what I do regret is that she's naked and now I need to cover her top.

I have 5. The first 2 I got I'm actually getting covered up, because I got them without really thinking things through and I really dislike them. Also the artist was not the best so even though the one I have in color is only 4 years old, it's already faded like crazy. But I have 3 that I'd never ever change. On my left foot I have an anchor, and on my right foot I have a sparrow. I've always loved anchors and knew I wanted one on my foot, and my artist said "Well your other foot would be bare... Wanna get something there too?" And he drew me a gorgeous sparrow for my right foot. They were so painful but they're beautiful. On my ring finger of my left hand I have my initial (B) because I love my last name and the family it connects me to, and I'd never want to lose that part of me. So if I ever get married, I may have a ring on that finger and my last name may be different, but that B will always be there on my skin.

I loveeeee tattoos. I'm planning on getting the first of mine next year, once I move out of my mom's house, after I graduate from college. She really doesn't approve of them, so I'm waiting until I'm not there anymore so she doesn't have to see it every day haha. I have 7-9 planned. I've been planning them out for a while, the first one I'm getting I've been planning for a couple of years now.

I don't think they necessarily have to have a special meaning. The ones I'm planning have meaning to me because they all represent different parts of my personality, but I think as long as you get something you love, whether it's got a deep meaning or you get it because you think it'll look good on you, you can't really go wrong. Some of the most beautiful tattoos I've ever seen don't have special meanings, the people just got them because they wanted something beautiful as a work of art on their bodies.

I have a sleeve and a few pieces around my body. I adore them. Can't imagine myself without them anymore they are just such a huge part of my identity now.
They aren't for everyone though, my family hates them.
My nana actually doesn't even know I have them I just wear long sleeves around her haha

I feel like it depends on what your career is and whether you'll be able to find a workplace that's accepting also I think that now days most people have tattoos so you're more unique if you don't have one. I'm not that big a fan

I have a ton of tattoos. One of my favorite older couples are covered in them, 80% +. The color still looks wonderful, and the imagery clear. Skin stays beautiful if properly maintained, as will the art on it.

I like tattoos, got 2 tats myself, wanting a third one:birthnames of my daughter. My first one was on my back: a set of wings. Last year I've got them redone, for bigger ones :D. The other one is Spanish for the purity of life, onto foot. No regrets, good places, they will stay the same size forever Haha!

I'd like a cross behind my neck. A smallish dream catcher on my side. One day I'll get my mama. Idk all of them have specific reasons and I have more ideas, but none that I wouldn't be able to cover up..
