I'm a size 3 in kids, the size 4 fits me big.. but I fit perfectly fine in a 5 in women sizes..

I go through the same thing, always go to kids sizes & get my shoes there, btw they are cheaper lol & yes to find heels or women shoes it would be a size 5.
