Hey Nina! Beautylish has allot of these kind of recipes and heaps of other good articles about these kind of things! One that I have heard of is avocado and mayonnaise, apparently it isn't good for oily hair though :-/ so yeah, I haven't tried many but I know Beautylish has an awesome amount of articles on hair treatments. I don't use them nearly enough as I should :S !!

I heard this was supposed to help with hair growth and shininess: 1 mashed banana, 3Tbs honey, 1egg, 1tsp olive oil.
I lather it in my hair and wrap it up in a towel for about 20 minutes.

Slather mayonnaise from root to tip. If u have long hair, you can use a plastic clip to pile hair on ur hair. Leave it on for about 20 min. This leaves my thick, coarse hair feeling silky, and very shiny. Also helps with build up from products. :)

Coconut oil alone has made my hair amazing. So shiny and soft. A friend said the other night she had never seen my hair look better!
