I am confused, are you wanting a tattoo or henna? Your title makes it sound like you don't know which you want. If you aren't sure if you want it to be a henna or tattoo get them both done in henna first and see how you feel, because a tattoo is something you need to be 100% sure on. If you know you want it as a tat I recommend the wrist, but like I said, this is something YOU need to be 100% on, but the hand one could be a bad idea for job reasons. If you know you want a henna I say do the hand, it is more fun and all to me.
