1: find a pair of high-waisted jeans (thrift stores always have them!)
2:with chalk, draw lines on each leg- it should form a really wide V
3:cut on the lines and try them on- if they are perfect, try to even them out. Also, it is better to start off long b/c if you go short first, you cannot go back.
*you can customize them by adding studs, lace, dip-dying, ect.
