Can you use other products with sun in?

I just got a bottle of sun in today and I wanted to use it tomorrow so my hair will lighten while I'm out. But, I have really curly, bushy hair that looks horrible without any products in it. Can you have other products in your hair when using sun in? Or will that mess up how it works? Has anyone tried it?

I use sun in and I can put anything I want with it!!

If you plan on chemically treating your hair at all( relax/perm/bleach/color) youll have to wait until your sun in'ed hair grows out and gets cut off. the chemical in that product does not react well with other altering chemical products.
you have been warned.

I mean, youcould use a demi color or temp like manic panic... but really... just. dobt do it.

Sun in is terrible stuff and the colour results are not great I used it many many years ago so whether it's improved I don't know but just be careful not to ruin the condition of your own hair for something that's results aren't great.
