You can make your own hair mask with avocado, olive or coconut oil, and an egg yolk.

I cut my split ends one by one when I'm bored, it works! I cut almost all spli ends off my hair looks good and healthy. I also use heat protectant when I do it, and I buy shampoos and conditioners that moisturize hair to keep it from bieng damp and dry(:
