I honestly think a good primer can make all the difference! Foundations to help with oily skin have done nothing substantial for me, but primers for sure have. Try using Milk of Magnesia as a primer, weird but I swear by it!

@Nicole, every time I'm applying makeup I use it, though I don't wear makeup everyday. I have semi-sensitive skin, and it doesn't cause any problems. It should be very gentle on the skin, I'd recommend it for all skin types.

Also a matte finishing spray, like Urban Decays de-slick or NYX's matte finishing spray help heaps.

I have tried MOM but it gets oily in like 4 hours. but I still like it I just blot. I also read that MOM is bad for the skin in a long run and I got scared lol.

I use, CG clean pressed powder/foundation for oily skin. it helps control shine and oil. also Maybelline FitMe foundation stick. I have used milk of magnesia it does help.
