Eco tools. If you go with elf, get their studio line. The studio line brushes are black. The professional line (white handle with blackish pinkish bristles) SUCK. You can't wash them and the feel terrible on your skin. Do not reccomebt.

Sigma! but if that is too expensive for you the Real Technics brushes, Coastal Scents, and ELF Pro Brushes are great as well!
