I am still fairly new to makeup and usually stick to more neutral tones. I bought some new shadows this morning and decided to play around with the colors a bit. Let me know what I can do to improve but please no harsh comments, my liquid liner is almost dried out so I had trouble getting a good even line with it and my brows are a disaster.
