Any oil for your hair will help a lot. I get mine from sally's I try all of them I get the same result it really helps. You should also buy a leave in conditioner that helps the most in my opinion.

I use it after the shower I use both actually then I blow dry my hair on low and it stays in all day it really makes a difference.

I agree with Laura! put natural argan oil in your hair as a heat protestant in the mornings and do treatments with it biweekly!

Use main n tail shampoo n condition its really cheap try n let your hair air dry as much as possible and wash it as little as you can kuz our head naturally creates oils and we wash our hair a lot it dries out umm also extra virgin olive oild is good if you get a chance get pinterest they have a lot of jair masks you can make hope this helps.

Might sound a bit disgusting but what I am doing is mixing an egg with some oliveoil put it in myroots wrap it with a towel an leave it about half an hour before I wash it out again. my hair was damaged a lot after several times dying and this helpwd a lor.

I bleached my hair two times && my hair is healthy as can be! 👍
What you do is wash your hair twice a week && when doing that you put leave in conditioner over night.
The next morning you wash it out but you let it air dry.
Once you do that, you put oil && brush it but I found out that brushing your hair wet can cause more damage.
But they key is to try to avoid heat but if you can't than use heat protectant.
