I have had the same old haircut for ages now, and I want to try something new. but everyone is advising against cutting my hair short. I have hair that reaches around two inches below the bra line and I was thinking if getting a cut done a la sophia bush. that short. plus, I have brown almost black hair, very round face and a dusky complexion. what to do?? please help!

Short hair isn't as ba as people make it out to be I recommend keeping it to a length that you can still style it sometimes at least until you get used to short hair then cut it super short.
