Use bb cream (optional) eyeliner (just a little), mascara, and lip gloss.

Use a BB cream they are lighter than foundation but still give some converge ,it doesn't really look like you need it but concealer if you breakout, a translucent powder to keep everything in place, champaign eyeshadow on lid & brown in the crease, brown eyeliner (or black), curl lashes ,brown mascara (or black but brown is more natural) & to finish it off a tinted lip balm(I recommend maybelline's baby lips) Hope that helps :)

I am thirtteen and I use bb cream or foundation and concealer if needed and powder... then for my eyes I wear eyeshadow eyeliner and mascara oh and I forgot I wear bronzer and sometimes blush...

I'm the same age, usually for things like school I use: Mascara and abit of concealer. On the weekends I'd also use a tinted moisturizer, blush and eyeliner, I recommend pencil to liquid as your eyes won't be used to liquid.

When I was 13 I wore everything, so ya I agree with Peyton H. But remember don't go heavy. I mean some might disagree but that's what I was aloud to wear. My parents didnt care. You might want to ask your parents what makeup your actually aloud to wear though.

I'm also 13..turning 14..and I started wearing makeup when I was 12..I started using black liner,Bb cream,mascara and lip gloss. BB cream works as a concealer,primer an foundation in one and feels so light. It also moisturizes as well! You can also go natural or bold with eye liner..how ever you'd like!!
