I really want to know some tips on make for like 13-15 like somewhat younger people?! Thanks!!

Mostly keep it as light and natural as possible.. try a bb cream instead of foundation.. if you need a little extra coverage use a powder (preferably mineral) and add a little blush and lip gloss... if you want something extra for the eyes I'd try a brown eyeliner in the water line with brown mascara.. thats just my opinion though :)

Also you are really pretty so mabye try a little bit of natural eyeshadow.. browns and off whites would be beautiful with your complexion :)
