How to get weave tight curls?

Yes so I made so many researchs on Google & YouTube on how I can get those really tight bouncy curls & whether it turns out that the curls ain't as tight as I want them, or it says I need a weave, but hell no girl, I just need the curls for a girl nights out, so any ideas on how I can get as tight curls as possible? Xox
