I actually think that's really cute, but I would personally wear black heels (I always have to sneak in some black somewhere... haha!). I'm not too great with hair, so I'll leave that to someone else. For makeup I would put a champagne color all over the lid, a light brown in the crease, a medium brown worked about halfway through the crease, and a dark brown in the outer v, and finish up the eyeshadow with a white or nude color in the inner corner and on the brow bone. Throw on some mascara and eyeliner and you're set for the eyes! For the rest of your face I would do the normal foundation/tinted moisturizer, concealer, powder and use some bronzer to do some slight contouring. :)

It looks cute add some color like gold or a bold color. A cute necklace and bracelets. I would day for hair either lose curls or a sock bun. Makeup keep it in a natural look. Hope I was if help.
