I would say a medusa if your Cupid's bow is defined but if not no it would not look good with a straight top lip. So I say Marilyn on the left side.

Medusa! I think it's the cutest piercing :) Monroe is cute too but much more common, you rarely see people with medusas :)

I think Monroes are super cute and fem but I noticed when your not wearing the jewelry the piercing looks like a crater leaves an ugly mark on your face. If you go with the Monroe keep that in mind.
