Its a makeup remover pencil so if you have eyeliner that smudges or your lipstick bleeds over you corrected and erase the mess versus using makeup remover with a Q tip or a wipe since its just a small dab to fix.its not oily either :-) Thanks Velen.

I've always been a fan of the pointed-Qtip-with-makeup-remover method, rather than buying a remover pen. If you live in Canada or have access to a Shoppers Drug Mart, their exclusive Quo brand makes "makeup swabs" that have a narrow, pointed end and a flatter, wider end. Great for precision removal. I'm sure there are other brands that make something similar. If you're worried about oil, just use an oil-free remover :)
