Mookey I don't have concealer on around my mouth just my foundation color..and that is the purpose of a highlight not sure if your familiar with it but the concealer is used to brighten up the under eye area..some choose to go 2 shades lighter for a subtle look I choose to match my concealer with my natural undertone.

Thanks but I'm very knowledgeable about makeup.. undertones are categorized by warm,cool, & neutral...as a woman of color I have a cool undertone (yellow or golden) there for I use a concealer to match my under eye skin complexion...our faces are not one color therefore to get a perfect finish I apply my makeup accordingly doing otherwise makes your makeup look flat lacking dimension

Thanks cassandra it's nyx matte lipstick the color is butter but I put a cappuccino color gloss over it.

Personally Tara I LOVE IT. Highlighting & contouring is my favorite part of doing my makeup so I go "extra". It's not even that drastic. Everything is blended very well.

Thanks Tara and yes that's definitely my kind of highlight the lighting on top of my flash makes the pic look brighter than it actually is.
