Keep it simple! A nice thin line on your upper and bottom lash line is sufficient!

I would say use a eye liner pencil &practice then when yuuh get the hang of it try a liquid eye liner &I use jell &liquid just beacause it stays longer but I would say practice with the pencil first (:

I also find it easier to pull the outside of my eye out so that the lid is taught. So you can apply is smoothly. Also as Nayeli said start with pencil and then build up to liquid :)

If you pull down a little under your eye with your finger it makes it a lot easier to put the eye liner on. your eyes might start watering but eventually your eyes will get used to it and you will be fine =]

Basically just don't go overboard! Do a lighter color on your bottom lid than on your top.

Be sure to take your time, and keep plenty of q-tips on hand! When I first started it helped me to rest my pinky on my face to prevent my eyeliner from coming out wobbly. :)

Since its your first time , I would use it underneath , just on your top lid because eyeliner pencil tends to smear a lot and if you wear it at the bottom it'll make you look tired and black under your eyes! hope I helped (:

I think it looks nice yuuh should start of lil buy lil then when yuuhr comfortable enough yuuh can always do it darker but.it looks good like that to (:!
