Ok so it's been 8 months since I went to the salon...it's killing me because I really really really want to see my lady! I can't do it myself because I always get Burgundy (or black) and I get my blonde highlights touched up. I don't know what to do to get through this torcher =[ my hair effects my self esteem so much. so anyways, I debating if I should just get the highlights touched up or maybe get them a little thicker? if you look at my pictures you'll see my hair black with blonde highlights and last time I got my hair done the coloring and cut was the same except the black was Burgundy and I loved it! I'll post a picture of the cut I plan on getting next...I want to know if I should make the highlights thicker? or keep it as it is? opinions please =] and if anyone has tips to help me get through the wait, that would be much appreciated.

I don't think you should make the highlights thicker. I think you should leave it just as is. The cut and color is very lovely. I'm sorry I don't know what to say to help you get thru the wait other than you are beautiful just for beeing you. (:

I think you should do more burgundy with thin blonde highlights and side bangs instead of straight across. I think that would look gorgeous on you. (:

Yeah I really miss my old bangs =\ but do you think it's makes me look younger? I'm 20 and I want to look my age.

I think straight a across bangs make young people look to young and older women look older. That's just my opinion. And they cover up beautiful faces to much.

Yeah that's true and straight bangs are too high maintenance! my bangs grow really really fast and within a couple of weeks I have to trim them. they were fun for a little while but I do miss the side bangs a lot lol.

Yeah those bangs are really cute =] when they grow out they look very similar to that.

I think you should get thicker blonde and burgundy highlights and the rest black! if you got more blended highlights they won't stand out as much and they'll all blend together and look pinkish! (:

Omg I love your idea Megan!! now I want to try that! lol I'm looking for a job though, do you think it would be too extreme? I live in San Diego and they are super picky about hair. you think you could try to find a picture? so I know exactly what your talking about? is it all three of the colors in little strips in different orders?

Do you think it would look kool if they weren't blended? I'm really big on contrast when it comes to hair lol.

Color block instead of highlight if you dig a lot of contrast. I don't get the whole bangs being high maintenance. If you use the right products.. they stay tight. Most salons offer free bang trims for their customers. Takes a few minutes and you're outta there.

Oh I forgot to say why it's hard for me to have straight bangs lol I have natural curly/wavy/flippy hair and so when my hair dryed with the straight bangs they were crrraaazzzyy looking lmao
