Mmm I wish I could help you. I don't western BB Creams nor do I have oily skin, but if you look up Holika Holika Bb cream, they have one specifically made to control oily skin :)

This sounds crazy but oil based makeup goes best with oily skin. If you get makeup that is water based your skin will naturally reject it. So check the ingredients!
