Try some highlights first to get a feel for what you feel comfy with.. if you do weaves or sewins there's a ton of options right there, its not perm..

Try auburn hifhlights thats what I did. Putting a str8 color will be too dramatic right off the bat. you have a nice complexion tho. you can also use the online apps.

I agree with Arait. try soft brown shades like an auburn or honey first. not blonde or red. just soften up the blk/dark brown with highlights n then you'll start to get a feel for what you may want to do next.. just don't do your entire head lighter.
and you do have a great complexion..
