BB creams: Smashbox,Bobbi Brown,Garnier oily/combo formula,Too Faced,Clinique
Foundations: Bobbi Brown (her oil free version only provides medium coverage), Clinique, Revlon Colorstay (oil free formula)
Primers: NARS (oil free version), Too Faced, Benefit, Hourglass
TM: Laura Mercier (be careful with this one as it has a high oxidization rate), Bobbi Brown
Powders: I really can't recommend any as I'm personally not a fan of "setting" powders for my own oily skin. I actually use powders that either brighten or illuminates the skin minus the disco ball effect. In my collection I use Hourglass Ambient Lighting Powder in "dim light" which blurs the look of my large pores and gives me a glowy look. And then I have Bobbi Brown Retouching Powders in "peach" and "rose". All of them are oil free. I noticed that if I tried to kill off oil completely that my skin would dry out and rebel with even more oil and breakouts. So I don't use setting sprays or powders that are exclusive to blocking oil production.

Clinique makes an acne solutions foundation that contains salicylic acid to fight acne. It's really great! It has moderate to full coverage. Clinique also has a bunch of different stay matte skin friendly powders.

It will turn orange on you...oxidation. The Laura Mercier TM's are known for doing that even though its oil free.
