I think you should go for a bb cream, mascara , a peachy blush , and some lipgloss or lip balm.

Well are you brand new to makeup or do you already wear some?
Because if you're new I would suggest what the other girls said. :)
But if you already use makeup, start experimenting! Use some fun shadows or colored eyeliner. Or go for a bold lip.

@Jamie I started wearing makeup in 6th grade. My friends used to call me the makeup guru lol. I want to know what's appropriate for 9th grade. And when I said I was new in my first post, I meant new to the area I'm in :)

I like bare minerals for pretty much everything

If you're looking for something cheaper,
Mascara- lash last clump crusher
Eyeliner- ulta mechanic eyeliner
Eyeshadow- wet n wild trio
Concealer- stick from wet and wild
Foundation- covergirl
Bb cream- maybelliene dream fresh
Powder - I use bare minerals but covergirl is good too
Blush and bronzer- wet n wild
