I Made The Garlic Nail Polish A few Days Ago(where you put garlic in a clear coat & it's supposed to lengthen & straighten your nails) I was wondering if I could put it on as a base coat & still put on nail polish over it because I put the garlic in a top coat not a base coat?

You can use it as a base & top coat. I used this a few years ago but I felt that the garlic smell was to much & it seemed to never go away (:

I can't tell you because I didnt use it long enough to see a difference. I learned the 'garlic method' from my mom she used to use this & her nails were always very long. I have found that cuticle oil has worked for me. (:
