Is there anyway of putting a liquid eyeliner on perfectly?

i''d say a lot of patience and practice. i wouldn''t know of any special tricks. you could check out some tutorials. Also i like touse a gel liner and a small brush. this gives me more control than some liquid liners.

Lay the belly of the brush against your lash line instead of focusing on using the brush tip to apply the liquid. This works well with me PF 2-1 lash boosting liner, and it's very easy to use. =]

I agree with Soma. I only use the tip for my wing or to define the line. And it really does just take practice. I was terrible. But after a few months, I got better.

I like to give my water line a tug and stay close to our bottom lashes. Keep the hand steady and and retrace.

Kat Von D's Tattoo Liner, it's in a pen form with a really thin brush tip and the liner itself dries almost instantly. I can only use this liquid liner, everything else looks terrible
